Mario is recognized as a CIS procurement expert and has worked with over 30+ utilities across North America. Mario is responsible for and involved in a wide range of consulting assignments covering business and IS strategies, effectiveness and efficiency studies and business case development.

Mario has developed budget estimates and risk plans for the largest CIS implementations in North America, performed QA and oversight services for several CIS implementations and has a solid understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of all leading CIS applications. He has developed and implemented new procurement strategies and practices now being used as standards in the industry today.
