Kim has 10 years of experience in the utility industry with a strong focus on the implementation of Customer Information Systems. During Kim’s tenure in the industry she has worked with over 60 Utilities in consulting roles, but all focused on the implementation of mission critical utility applications. Prior to coming to TMG Kim worked as a Systems Consultant developing expertise in, the functional and business aspects of successfully implementing new systems, including Utility best business practices, and Business Process Analysis and Redesign. Kim has analyzed over 100 CIS Replacement RFP’s and CIS Replacement Project system demonstrations. Kim has in depth understanding of the top software providers and implementation partners in the industry today. She has excellent experience in foreseeing and identifying potential risks that her clients may be exposed to and consistently serves as their Advisory Consultant as they navigate through the process of planning, selecting and implementing new systems.
