Kim has 10 years of experience in the industry and prior to coming to TMG she worked for a CIS software vendor. During this time, Kim worked as a system trainer and consultant developing expertise in training and development, Utility best business practices, and Business Process Analysis and Redesign. As a Senior Sales Consultant, Kim has analyzed over 100 CIS Replacement RFP’s and has conducted as many CIS Replacement Project system demonstrations. Throughout this experience she has become very familiar with the TMG Consulting methodology, having participated in over 25 different TMG Consulting procurement processes.
