David Sherrill

David has over 35 years of Utility experience with tier one Public Utility and large scale system implementations from both the user and vendor perspective. Extensive experience in customer best practices and process modeling in customer service, CIS, mobile workforce, and call center management. Consulting experience in system integration, project management, project methodology, business process analysis and modeling.

Senior Management Consultant for 5 years providing consulting services that align technology initiatives to business strategy, company objectives, and performance measurements.

Previous to this, David spent 30 years with Southern Company including five years unregulated experience with Southern Co. Energy Solutions and 25 years with Georgia Power Company serving in various roles up to General Manager of Customer Service.
