PROJECT HISTORY

GAZIFÈRE
Led Vendor Selection effort for a CIS replacement package at a mid-market gas utility. Developed functional requirements with client, assisted with building of budget for project, drafted language used to gain approval for project from regulatory body, drafted RFP, facilitated RFP process, worked with client to validate solution, and consulted on the construction of a vendor contract and a statement of work for the project.

SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION
Assisted lead consultant with validation of CIS solutions to meet the requirements of the utility. Worked with primary vendor and utility to build components of the statement of work for the project.

CHELAN COUNTY PUD
Lead Consultant responsible for business process redesign efforts; gathering detailed understanding of business processes; development of process maps; development of technical specifications; and analysis of workflow and recommendations for changes for business process improvement.

CITY OF SAN JOSE
Participated in the initial installation of the PeopleSoft CIS solution, provided post go-live support, and led the effort for a second phase to further extend the capabilities of the new CIS solution. Led Change Management team implementing business process and regulatory changes as part of $8 million CIS system implementation. Led entire Functional Team for second phase of CIS implementation.

HYDRO OTTAWA
Operations Support Lead and Application/ Report designer responsible for gathering requirements regarding custom financial reports as part of implementation of Utility Billing / Customer Information System application; and Development, testing, and implementation of custom financial reports.

JACKSONVILLE ELECTRIC AUTHORITY
Credit and Collections Application Analyst responsible for gathering utility's goals regarding the operations of its customer credit and debt collection functions; analysis of existing configuration and modifications to utility's Billing & CIS application with specific emphasis on customer credit and debt collection areas; and development of white paper recommending specific changes properly align the existing system application to the utility's operational goals and industry-leading business practices.

ORANGE COUNTY UTILITIES
Functional Team Lead responsible for management of entire Functional side of $8 million implementation of Utility Billing / Customer Information System application.

TEXAS UTLITIES
Technical Lead for implementation of major release of customer information, billing and operational support system. Designed and developed new billing method for multi-million annual revenue stream. Identified business needs and refine documented business requirements. Designed and assisted in development of several key initiatives, such as new level billing functionality, invoice functionality for new business unit, and new method to generate financial reporting information.

WASHINGTON GAS
CIS Vendor Selection Analyst responsible for the gathering of requirements and the documentation of existing business processes; developed and coordinated production of RFP.

WASTE MANAGEMENT
On one of the largest CIS implementations in North America, performed as Lead Consultant responsible for design and development of software solutions based on business requirements and existing technical specifications; and identifying business needs and refinement to documented business requirements.
