Challenge
Faced with a Y2K problem and the availability of customer choice within New Mexico the utility needed to quickly replace its aging system with a new CIS.

Solution
TMG was selected to assist the utility in choosing and implementing a new CIS. The evaluation and selection effort consisted of the development of a design blueprint, development of an RFP, review and grading of vendor proposals, identification of a vendor finalist, solution confirmation activities, solution scoping activities, contract negotiations and final review and approvals.

Result
The utility moved forward with a successful installation of the product. Additional project phases were required to implement other modules including Marketing and the Electronic Work Queue.
