Challenge
City Utilities of Springfield Missouri wanted to replace its legacy CIS due to the complexities associated with maintaining it and its limited functionality.

Solution
TMG was engaged by City Utilities to assist with the project. Following the preparation of a Design Blueprint, an RFP was issued and an extensive selection and evaluation process ensued.

Result
The evaluation effort resulted in the award of contract to SPL WorldGroup and their CISPlus solution. TMG provided Quality Assurance services during the 15 month successful installation effort.
