Challenge
CWLP entered the market with the specific purpose of replacing an antiquated billing system with a new CIS in order to increase overall productivity and provide greater customer service.

Solution
TMG developed a CIS design blueprint and conducted a CIS product evaluation and selection effort for CWLP which identified Advanced Utility Systems as the vendor of choice for both functionality and cost considerations. TMG was also engaged to provide Quality Assurance during the installation effort of the Advanced CIS product, delivering monthly status reports to ensure that project stayed on schedule and on scope.

Result
The project was successful and went live and on budget in July 2003.
