Challenge
SPR, a holding company for SPPC and NPC, wanted to replace legacy billing systems to accommodate deregulation in California and Nevada.

Solution
TMG worked across the utility subsidiaries doing business in California and Nevada. The work involved QA review and formulation of the installation plan, best and final offer, and contract negotiations related to the procurement of a CIS solution for their customers within the California and Nevada deregulated environment.

Result
An RFP was developed and a CIS for 900,000 was procured.
