Challenge
The combination of back office and front office operations for Seattle City Light and Seattle City Water required a new CIS and the conversion of each utility from their own antiquated billing systems.

Solution

TMG subcontracted with another consulting firm to develop a CIS business strategy and conduct the process for product selection. The SCT Banner system was selected.
