Prince William County Service Authority

Challenge
PWCSA is a public utility located in Northern Virginia which provides water, sewer, wastewater, and solid waste services to over 60,000 accounts. The Authority was conducting a project to implement new customer billing, permit/work management, and financial management/human resources systems.

Solution
TMG was hired for selection services.

Result
With guidance from TMG, the authority chose Cayenta Corporation’s utility billing system, permit/work management from Hansen Corp. and JD Edwards’s financial/human resources systems.
