Challenge
The organization wanted to examine how the newly-installed Andersen Customer/1 FCP solution may be offered on an outsourced basis to municipal utilities within the province.

Solution
The utility implemented the Andersen Customer/1 FCP product and engaged TMG to conduct a competitive assessment and provide an industry perspective regarding the viability of offering the solution on an outsourced basis to municipal utilities within the province.

Result
The assessment was successfully completed in March 1998.
