Challenge
OMPA wanted to inform member utilities of what was taking place with customer information and billing systems within the marketplace and how members might go about evaluating and selecting a new solution.

Solution
TMG was asked to conduct a workshop for members of OMPA who were interested in learning more about the CIS marketplace and possibly procuring a new CIS solution.

Result
The workshop was conducted and the project was successfully completed.
