New Braunfels Utilities
Challenge
The organization wanted to inform member utilities of what was taking place with customer information and billing systems within the marketplace and how members might go about evaluating and selecting a new solution.

Solution
TMG was asked to conduct a workshop for members of OMPA who were interested in learning more about the CIS marketplace and possibly procuring a new CIS solution.

Result
The workshop was conducted and the project was successfully completed.
