Challenge
A rapidly changing deregulation environment created a need to replace the Nevada Power's legacy billing system.

Solution
Nevada Power created a project team and evaluated the CIS marketplace resulting in the selection of the SCT Banner CIS solution. TMG was contacted to negotiated the contract package and to provide oversight and Quality Assurance services during the installation project.

Result
The project was successfully completed in May 2002.
