The client wanted to educate upper management, City Councils and Boards about the need for a new CIS.

Solution
TMG developed a generic presentation that would answer basic questions such as: “Why do we need a CIS system?”, “Why do they cost so much?”, “Why can't I just use a simple utility billing system?”, and “How do I know this company/ system will be here in five years when deregulation comes and will it handle it?”.

Result
The presentation was developed and delivered to Morganton. Subsequent presentations were made by ElectriCities to its various member cities.
