Challenge
The municipality wanted to replace an aging legacy billing system, which involved building a co-sourced solution with Platte River Power Authority as the hosting organization, and Longmont and Fort Collins as the client organizations running the Banner application.

Solution
TMG was engaged by the City to conduct a CIS evaluation and selection project. The project involved a review and assessment of the current environment, the identification of strategy and target environments, the identification and analysis of alternatives, the selection of an optimum alternative, the development of an RFP, the evaluation of vendor proposals and the selection of a single vendor finalist, the execution of vendor confirmation activities, the execution of vendor scoping activities, the negotiation of the final contract package, and presentations and approvals of the solution.
