After two failed implementations, GCPUD needed assistance in replacing its legacy CIS.

TMG was engaged and developed a design blueprint, developed an RFP, received and evaluated vendor proposals, conducted vendor confirmation activities, developed an installation plan, negotiated contracts, and presented the solution for approval.

Results
GCPUD selected the PeopleSoft CIS product. TMG provided Quality Assurance services during the successful 11-month installation.
