2004 Challenge (Audit/Study)
Management wanted an outside opinion of its troubled CIS implementation project. Originally estimated to cost $2 million and take 4 months to complete, the project was in its second year and was millions over budget.

Solution
TMG was hired to sort through problems, define issues, and determine whether completion of the project was feasible. An extensive audit of the project was conducted.

Result
The audit resulted in provision of an estimated completion time frame as well as cost to complete. The company continued on its path and implemented Optiron Readi CIS in January 2004.

2006 Challenge (Audit/Study)
Through acquisition, the company had doubled its customer base from 300,000 to approximately 800,000 and needed to re-evaluate its CIS application.

Solution
TMG was brought in to evaluate and identify the best system to best manage their customer base - either the acquired CIS or the Optiron CIS.

Result
TMG recommendation was to coninue with their existing Optiron CIS system.
