Challenge
The City wanted to develop a city-wide IT strategic plan followed
by replacement of its legacy billing system.
Solutions
TMG was engaged to assist in developing a strategy to formed the
basis for development of a business plan. The Board and Council
subsequently moved forward with the replacement of many front-office
and back-office systems, including the CIS and the FMS. TMG assisted
the team in developing an RFP, coordinating vendor responses, evaluating
vendor proposals, selecting a finalist, engaging in solution confirmation,
installation planning, approvals, and contract signing.
Results
Harris CIS solution was selected and implemented.
