Challenge
The group wanted to produce a single bill for all services and needed
to reach consensus on updating its legacy system for the year 2000
or replacing it.
Solutions
TMG was engaged to assist in a product evaluation and
selection effort. The project team narrowed the vendors and, after
further analysis and cost identification, the utility decided to
fix its current system and reinitiate the selection effort following
the year 2000.
Results
TMG was asked to audit the installation of the PeopleSoft
CIS product in 2003.
