Challenge
BC Gas and BC Hydro wanted to utilize the same CIS solution and the group needed assistance in investigating the possibilities for a solution.

Solutions
TMG worked with a combined team from BC Gas and BC Hydro to analyze alternative Solution to combining the two onto a single CIS solution. The Peace system had been installed for a subset of BC Gas’ customer base, and BC Hydro was not fond of this system.

Results
BC Gas and BC Hydro could not reach consensus on a single product for both companies. The study resulted in BC Gas continuing to roll out on Peace while BC Hydro moved to implement the SAP solution.
