Aquarion Water wanted to replace their aging legacy CIS, ERP and EAM applications while effectively running their business and serving their customers.

TMG was retained to determine their requirements and define a strategy for replacement of these core applications. The work involved the formulation of an RFP, the installation plan, best and final offer, and contract negotiations related to the procurement of the three applications.

Result
In January 2007 Aquarion went live with SAP CCS solution, implemented by Axon Global Solutions.
